VirMedice provides project management, implementation, training, knowledge base (template) optimization, software updates and on-going support. These health care management services come without limitations and are included in your monthly fee.

Electronic Claims, Remittance, Statements and Eligibility (EDI)
Our EDI services are product neutral. You can utilize any clearinghouse or statement printing service you would like. This enables you to convert to a new practice management system with integrated medical record capabilities while having little or no impact on cash flow. Should you need a clearinghouse recommendation, we have an “inside” relationship with eTactics.

Product Enhancements and Updates
The NextGen EHR and PM products along with several 3rd party databases are updated on a regular basis. Coordinated by your project manager, our IT department installs those updates during convenient after-hours time.
