The VirMedice Software as a Service (SaaS) model allows small and mid-sized medical practices to enjoy the same full featured NextGen medical records and practice management software that large groups are using at a fraction of the cost. VirMedice provides project management, implementation, training, knowledge base (template) optimization, software updates and on-going support. These health care management services come without limitations and are included in your monthly fee.

Project Management

Our experienced project managers have both product and clinical backgrounds that give them a unique perspective in providing solutions to your issues.

Implementation

We have a proven project plan. VirMedice will guide you through each step necessary to successfully implement an Electronic Health Records system with integrated Practice Management. We set up the plan and you choose the pace. A true team effort.

Training

A variety of options are available for the life of your association with VirMedice:

Electronic Claims, Remittance, Statements and Eligibility (EDI)

Our EDI services are product neutral. You can utilize any clearinghouse or statement printing service you would like. This enables you to convert to a new practice management system with integrated medical record capabilities while having little or no impact on cash flow. Should you need a clearinghouse recommendation, we have an “inside” relationship with Navicure.

Knowledgebase (Template) Customization

The EHR software system comes loaded with the standard NextGen KBM (templates) for your specialty. Our development team works with you and your project manager to optimize your KBM to improve productivity and increase the ease of use.

Software Support

Support is only a phone call away. We don’t use email or web logs to shield you from live knowledgeable help. Our staff is available to help whether you have a billing problem, need clinical documentation advice, or simply can’t print a report.

Product Enhancements and Updates

The NextGen EHR and EPM products along with several 3rd party databases are updated on a regular basis. Coordinated by your project manager, our IT department installs those updates during convenient after-hours time.
